GetMoreLeads for Zoom

GetMoreLeads helps small and medium businesses that sell through video appointments. Once connected, the app reads the cloud recording transcripts of your sales meetings and analyses each call: how the meeting was led, the questions asked, the objections raised by the prospect and how they were handled. Results appear in your GetMoreLeads client space, per salesperson.

The app only reads data. It never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Zoom account, and never joins your meetings.

• A GetMoreLeads client account (app.getmoreleads.fr).
• A paid Zoom plan (Pro or above) with cloud recording enabled.
• A Zoom account administrator to approve the app for your organisation.

1. Sign in to your GetMoreLeads space at app.getmoreleads.fr.
2. Open Réglages (Settings) and go to the block Vos rendez-vous sur Zoom (Your meetings on Zoom). Our team enables this block when your account is set up. The interface is in French.
3. Click Connecter Zoom en un clic (Connect Zoom in one click). You are sent to Zoom: sign in with your Zoom administrator account and click Allow.
4. You are brought back to your settings, which now show that Zoom is connected.
5. In your Zoom account settings, under Recording, turn on cloud recording, automatic cloud recording and audio transcripts, so that every sales meeting produces a transcript.

Once a day, GetMoreLeads lists the new cloud recordings of your account and downloads their transcript (VTT file). Each transcript is attached to the salesperson who hosted the meeting, using the host email address. Analyses appear under Analyse des appels (Call analysis) in your space within 24 hours. Zoom automatically tells participants that the meeting is being recorded.

1. Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace with your administrator account.
2. Click Manage, then Added Apps (or Installed Apps).
3. Find GetMoreLeads and click Remove.

As soon as the app is removed, Zoom notifies us and we delete the access tokens of your account immediately: no further data is read. Call analyses already produced stay in your GetMoreLeads space until you ask for their deletion (see below) or your contract ends.

• Read: the list of your account's cloud recordings, their transcript files, and the host's name and email (to attribute each call to a salesperson).
• Not read: video or audio files, chat messages, contacts, calendars, or any meeting you do not record.
• Storage: transcripts and analyses are stored in the European Union (Supabase, EU region), encrypted in transit and at rest, and are only visible to your organisation's users and to our team.
• Retention: for the duration of the contract, then deleted within 3 months. You can request deletion at any time by writing to lenny@getmoreleads.fr.
• Processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, EU region) and Anthropic (the Claude API, which analyses the transcript text; API data is not used to train models). No other third party receives your data.
• Data is never sold. Full privacy policy: getmoreleads.fr/legal.

L'application lit les retranscriptions des enregistrements cloud de vos rendez-vous commerciaux et analyse chaque appel dans votre espace GetMoreLeads. Elle ne modifie jamais rien dans votre compte Zoom et ne rejoint jamais vos réunions.

Ajouter : dans votre espace, Réglages, bloc « Vos rendez-vous sur Zoom », cliquez sur « Connecter Zoom en un clic », et autorisez avec le compte administrateur Zoom. Activez ensuite l'enregistrement cloud automatique et la transcription audio dans les paramètres Zoom.

Retirer : sur la place de marché Zoom, Manage, Added Apps, GetMoreLeads, Remove. Vos accès sont effacés immédiatement.
